As of January 12, 2026, the project was awarded to MGB Construction, with an awarded amount of $360,832.50. This project entails the furnishing and installation of a new 200,000 gallon bolted steel groundwater storage tank, concrete ring foundation, and necessary piping and appurtenances to tie the ground storage tank into the existing water plant. The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
