Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,297-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and 6,478-square-foot educational facility.

The 2024 Bond Projects include two separate buildings on separate sites that will bid as one project. The first project will be a new 26,297 square foot elementary school building on the existing elementary school campus. The building will contain an administration suite, classrooms for Pre-K through 5th grade, ALE classroom, art classroom and music classroom. The second project will be a new 6,478 square foot field house on the existing athletic campus. The building will contain locker rooms, coach’s offices, laundry, concessions, and public restrooms.
