Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Charlotte, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnishing and installation of a new steel ground water storage tank and foundation, booster pumps, gate valves, plant piping, plant fencing, and all appurtenances to establish a new fully operational water plant. The project will consist of the drilling of a new water well into the Carrizo Sands formation for the City of Charlotte, at a Water Well Site located in the city block between FM 140 and Yule Rd. Project location is shown in the Construction Specifications. The Contractor will be responsible for hauling, handling and protection of all materials. In addition, bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: furnishing and installation of a new well pump & motor, new well headworks, and all appurtenances to establish a new water well for the City of Charlotte, Texas.
