The Supervisors of Winfield Township, Butler County, PA, will accept sealed proposals for 800 tons (more or less) of AS1 Anti-Skid. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township. Bid forms may be obtained by calling 724-352-3333 or at the Municipal Building, 194 Brose Road, Cabot, PA. A certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid must accompany the proposal. Sealed and labeled bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at the agenda meeting at 6:00 P.M. on November 20, 2025, and the bid will be read and awarded that night during the 7:00 P.M. Supervisors Meeting. A performance bond must be supplied by the successful bidder. The Supervisors reserve the right to table the award and/or reject any or all bids.
