Site work for a water / sewer project in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
General Notice: The Borough of Orwigsburg is requesting bids for the construction of the Industrial Drive Sewer Replacement project (Entech No. 4169.090). The project includes the replacement of approximately 960 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, 4 manholes, 7 laterals, and cleanouts along Industrial Drive. It also includes a point repair between MH 37 and MH 36. Final paving of the Borough-owned roadway is part of this project. All project documents are available at PennBid. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference for the project, and bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the conference. For requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Contractors must pay Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and comply with applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws and verification acts. All steel products used must be from steel made in the United States. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
