The 2025 MultiMunicipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract involving West Brunswick, East Brunswick, South Manheim, Wayne and Washington Townships. . SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted for the following: 2025 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat West Brunswick Township: Approximately 36,228 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat East Brunswick Township: Approximately 65,181 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat South Manheim Township: Approximately 31,224 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat Wayne Township: Approximately 49,438 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat Washington Township: Approximately 33,304 S.Y. of Double Bituminous Seal Coat All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders for the 2025 MultiMunicipal Bituminous Seal Coat proposal must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bids for West Brunswick, East Brunswick, South Manheim, Wayne and Washington Townships. For the 2025 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract this check or bid bond will be made payable to West Brunswick Township. Each Municipality will award their respective portion of the Contract. The successful bidder for the 2025 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the individual Municipalitys awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the Contract. These bonds will be made out to each individual Municipality for their awarded portion of the Contract. West Brunswick, East Brunswick, South Manheim, Wayne and Washington Townships Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
