Springfield Utility Board (SUB) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide installation, repair, and temporary fencing services. Work will include fencing projects across multiple SUB facilities and properties throughout Springfield, OR covering a wide range of site conditions and security needs. Estimated total value of services is approximately $100,000 per year. These services are essential to maintain the safety and security of SUB's water and electric facilities. The resulting contract will have a maximum term of five (5) years. The following is a list of SUB locations in Springfield, OR where projects may take place: Various Water Treatment facilities Various Electric Substation facilities Other SUB properties in Springfield, OR Scheduled work shall be performed Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding SUB recognized holidays and weekends. With SUB approval, work may be scheduled outside these hours. Contractor must also be available to respond to emergency or on-call requests as needed. This work may be subject to Prevailing Wage as determined by BOLI, dependent on individual projects. Applicable BOLI rates will be identified during the development of each individual project's scope of work.
