Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Plans call for seven new classrooms will be added, storm shelters and the cafeteria will be expanded. As of November 2025, the project is in the planning phase and the owner will release an RFQ for design services in the fall 2025. Information regarding general contractor bidding has not been disclosed. Construction is expected to begin in the summer 2026.
