Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
This proposal would reconfigure the separated cafeteria and library spaces into a combined Nutrition and Learning Commons. The interior hallway and student spaces would also receive a fresh set of finishes to bring energy back to the building. As of August 17, 2026, the project remains in the early conceptual and planning stages. The project has not yet been put out to bid, and no design or construction professionals have been selected. A construction timeline has not been formally established; however, current indications suggest that design work is unlikely to begin before the end of 2026, with construction not expected to commence until sometime in 2027.
