Renovation of a mixed-use development in McAlester, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
All inquiries should be directed to Joshua Bradford at josh@hixindustries.com. If the bid exceeds $50,000, a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the bid amount must be included with the bid. For bids over $50,000, the Subcontractor must provide the following bonds within 10-days of the Notice of Intent to Award: o Performance Bond o Statutory Bond o Defect Bond Each bond must be for 100% of the contract amount. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held to discuss the project scope, timeline, and bid submission details. The Pre-Bid Conference is strongly recommended but not mandatory, however, a site visit is mandatory and must be scheduled with HIX Industries prior to bid opening, a sign-in log will be used to document your site visit. A site-walk will be available during this meeting of which the bidder must familiarize themselves with the existing conditions and provide any questions regarding scope. If the bidder does not make a site visit, their bid will remain unopened and returned to the bidder after the bid opening.
