Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Lompa Ranch North Landscape Maintenance Contract. The initial contract will be a two-year term from January 1, 2026 (or date of executed contract, whichever is first) to December 31, 2027. Three one-year extensions are available after the initial contract period subject to written requests by the Contractor not later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract. The required maintenance will include, but is not limited to removal of sediment, vegetation, debris, and trash, restore flowline to intended geometric section, inspections, weed control, and revegetation. The maintenance will include all phases of work customarily associated with this type of work. Contractors are encouraged to conduct site visits to each drainage channel area to become familiar with the work required to properly maintain all drainage channels prior to submitting the bid.
