Labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Roop Street Rehabilitation Project (5th St. to Robinson St.). The project includes replacing sewer main and laterals, reconstruction of the roadway, sidewalk construction and replacement, ADA ramp improvements, bike lane accommodations, and incidentals. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions may only be submitted via online. Bidder shall take no advantage of any apparent error or omission in this Bid Document. In the event the Bidder discovers such an error or omission, he/she shall immediately notify the City's Contract Administrator in writing or by email. Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Roop Street Road and Sewer Reconstruction from 5th to Robinson Project. The project includes replacing sewer main and laterals, reconstruction of the roadway, sidewalk construction and replacement, ADA ramp improvements, bike lane accommodations and incidentals. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto.
