Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Carson City Wastewater Reclamation Facility Warehouse Project. Carson City Public Works intends to construct a new metal warehouse building with four truck bays and equipment storage. Construction will include preparing the site for the metal prefabricated building, installing the building, and all related items for the building, including plumbing, HVAC, integrated automation, electrical, communications, grading, paving, striping, concrete work, installation of utilities, and other related items as indicated in the project documents. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid.
