Description

Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Downtown Neighborhood Improvement Maintenance Contract. The initial contract will be a twenty-two month term from March 1, 2026 (or date of executed contract, whichever is first) to December 31, 2027. Three one-year extensions are available after the initial contract period subject to written requests by the Contractor not later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract. The required maintenance will include, but is not limited to pruning, watering, irrigation maintenance, weeding, trash clean up, and snow removal. Contractors are encouraged to conduct site visits to the area to become familiar with the work required prior to submitting the bid. See Exhibit A for maintenance standards and Exhibit B for area maps.
