Reference Number 0000404444 Weld County School District 6 - Greeley/Evans (D6) is conducting a combined RFQ/P process to select a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) to assist the District in the pre-construction and installation of replacement Fire Alarm systems at 16 facilities (15 schools and 1 support facility) over the next three (3) years. Initially, D6 is requesting statements of qualifications from prospective CM/GC firms. The RFQ process will result in a shortlisted group of prequalified CM/GCs, from which additional information and fee proposals will be requested. The new voice evacuation fire alarm system at each of the 16 facilities shall be in compliance with the 2021 international fire code (IFC) and Weld County School District 6 (Weld County) design criteria. TLH Fire has provided Construction Documents for the Project.
