The University of Northern Colorado (UNC) seeks qualified contractors to provide on-call roofing, repair, and preventive maintenance services on an as-needed basis. Scope of Services - Provide a permanent repair within 3 Business Days. o Routine Repairs: Perform repairs on low- and steep-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, Asphalt w/ Gravel cap, Modified Bitumen, shingle, metal, tile). Maintain manufacturer warranties. Preventive Maintenance as requested: Conduct semi-annual inspections, debris removal, seal penetrations, and provide detailed reports with photos and prioritized recommendations. Task Orders: Work will be authorized under written Task Orders/Purchase Orders prior to starting. No work may begin without written authorization.
