Reference Number 0000401631 The City of Greeley (Owner) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the Milton Seaman Reservoir Outlet Gates Rehabilitation Construction Manager-at-Risk (Project) and invites Contractors interested in alternative delivery projects to submit Proposals. The Proposal responses shall meet the requirements set forth in this RFP. As a part of the RFP, Minimum Qualification Requirements have been established and are defined in Attachment F (Statement of Qualifications Checklist). Proposals shall be submitted in a single Microsoft Word or PDF file under 20MB. The Proposal must not exceed 30 total pages, excluding cover letter, index or table of contents, front and back covers, and title pages/separation tabs. Pages shall be 8 1/2 x 11 inch except for up to five (5) pages of 11 x 17 inches. Eleven-point font or larger must be used for the proposal and appendices. Resumes included as an appendix are not considered part of the 30 pages. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Interviews (tentative) December 2, 2025 Notice of Award (tentative) December 5, 2025 Proposers may attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference via Microsoft Teams. See hyperlink to meeting below. Those attending in person can take tour of the Milton Seaman Reservoir Construction Site after the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. Those who are not attending the Conference in person may schedule a separate time to visit the site prior to Inquiry Deadline.
