Renovation of a medical facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing steam trench cap. Work includes introducing various components as specified in the Statement of Work to ensure proper installation and functionality. All tasks must comply with applicable standards and project requirements for safety and quality. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days. **Location:** Amarillo VA Medical Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, TX 79106. RFI's due by November 26, 2025, at 1:00 pm CST. RFI's shall be submitted to miguel.gonzalez4@va.gov. RFI responses shall be annotated as an amendment to the solicitation by the close of business, December 4, 2025. Between $250,000 and $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
