Scorpio has been selected by the University of Florida as the Construction Manager for the UF MP09477 Jacksonville Bay St. Building Renovation project located at 801 W Bay St., Jacksonville, FL 32204. The project scope includes renovation of a 38,600 SF existing office building into a graduate studies classroom building. Required trades include demolition, concrete, structural steel, railings, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors, glass & glazing, metal framing & drywall, casework, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, general trades, and signage. We are currently soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors.
