To supply all of the necessary equipment, personnel and supervision to carry out collection of residential refuse and recycling carts in accordance with the Contract Specifications. The number of carts currently in service is approximately 7000 each for refuse and recycling. The duration of Contract shall be January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years to December 31, 2030. During the term of the Contract, the conditions as specified herein shall be binding upon the Contractor and the City of Fort St. John until the expiry date.
