Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The principal work consists of seventy-seven (77) full Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) linings. Work includes all auxiliary items such as bypass pumping, traffic control, and replacement of appurtenances. The work is located within the City of Lakewood and CDOT Right of Way. All bids must be on a unit price basis, and each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the District. The award of the contract may be made within a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
