Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes rehabilitation work for existing 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 15-inch sanitary sewer pipe, totaling approximately 13,248 linear feet of Cured-in-Place-Pipe Structural Fiberglass Liner and required service sealings. The work shall include all bypass pumping, erosion and traffic control, and other related improvements and appurtenances. Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the area where the work will be performed. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any errors or irregularities, and require statements or evidence of bidders' qualifications including financial statements. The owner may also extend the bidding period if it appears in its interest to do so. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 Any person contemplating submitting a Bid for the Work who is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents, or who finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction which must be received at least eight (8) days prior to the Bid date and time.
