Reference Number 0000411880 The 2026 DIRP #1 Water Replacement Capital Improvement Project includes work within the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District, located within Jefferson County, Colorado. The work generally consists of: Replacement of approximately 3,800 feet of existing 12-inch CI waterline in S. Union Blvd using trenchless pipe-bursting methods between intersections. A traditional parallel replacement method for the same 3800 feet will be an alternative as Bid Schedule B. Also, there will be approximately 3,950 feet of existing waterline parallel replacement in S. Union Blvd, S. Simms St. and S. Taft St. with 12-inch DI. All above replacements will involve side street connection of 8, 6, 4-inch pipe replacement with DI and PVC pipe. The scope also includes 45 water service reconnections.
