Renovation of an office development in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Provide and install three personal identity verification (PIV) card readers, brand name Gallagher T21 or equal, and associated hardware, at specified locations within Building 53 at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO. The contractor is responsible for purchasing, delivering, installing, and integrating the PIV readers with the existing Gallagher Security Command Centre (version 9.10) physical access control system (PACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems. Work includes all necessary door hardware (contacts, electric strikes, switches, locks, cables, modules, etc.), with installation and integration to be completed within 30 days of equipment and permit receipt. All equipment must meet specified salient characteristics and comply with required approvals (FCC, CE, UL, GSA APL, RCM). The contractor shall obtain a Denver Access Control permit prior to starting any work. Contractor's personnel must possess a valid Colorado electrical license or Denver access control system supervisor certification. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for a complete and operational installation, including removal of all related trash and debris. Submissions must include equipment cut sheets or specifications, a letter of authorized distributor (if not OEM), proof of licensure or certification, installation and delivery lead times, and a project execution plan outlining cable runs and any building modifications needed.
