The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Castle Court Housing Type: Elderly 667-2 Development for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by SOCOTEC AE Consulting, LLC. The Project consists of: Repointing brick masonry, replacement of cracked brick, replacement of deteriorated steel lintels, replacement of perimeter sealant joints at windows and doors, and replacement of exterior trim at (4) windows. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of MASONRY. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM SubBidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
