City is seeking proposals from contractors for an exterior update to the front entrance at 3925 W Cedar Hills Dr, Cedar Hills, UT 84062. The front entrance is currently arched and has stucco on the exterior, and needs renovation based on detailed instructions provided by Range Architecture for updating the exterior of the whole building. The base scope of the proposal focuses on the entrance, while an optional scope includes gutter, downspouts, and fascia for the rest of the building. The updated look and materials for the front will include four new fiberglass columns to match new bronze-colored gutters, a newly framed flat soffit ceiling, and new siding. Offerors must provide a narrative response to the following non-negotiable requirements: - Include a minimum of two similar improvement projects within the last three years with descriptions and pictures of finished work. - State the proposed timeframe for completion by May 1, 2026, specifying which timeframe can be met. - List the construction team for the project. - Provide general liability and worker's comp insurance/waiver. - Submit a list of materials, warranty of materials, and overview of project timeline.
