Lincoln would like to complete the expansion project by July 1, 2027, and the remodel project by August 1, 2027. Lincoln Academy seeks proposals for the completion of an expansion project that includes 8-9 classrooms, a district office area, and parking facilities on nearby land. Simultaneously, Lincoln seeks to remodel specific areas of its existing school by expanding the kitchen and adding student and staff bathrooms, with minor adjustments to entryways and classroom walls in three areas. o Intent for Expansion: The planned expansion will extend from the south section of the existing junior high building, connecting to the structure near the Junior High Gym and rooms 156 and 157. The project will add approximately 8-9 classrooms, each ranging between 800 and 900 square feet. In addition, the expansion will include a district office area consisting of four individual offices and a reception space. The new construction is expected to be a two-story addition integrated with the current facility.. o Intent for Remodel.
