Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
Question Deadline 03/31/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Construction of a 30' x 50' Maintenance Building. Contractor shall design, procure, and construct a 30-foot by 50-foot maintenance building with a 6-inch concrete slab. Contractor shall prepare and furnish final plans for construction which will be subject to the approval of the District and Lehi City Building Department. Structural plans shall be stamped and signed by a Utah Professional Engineer. The project shall include, but is not limited to the following: interior concrete finish, interior building perimeter wall height of 12-feet, a minimum of a 5/12 roof pitch minimum, one middle partition to separate the building equally, 2 x 3-foot wide steel man-doors with deadbolt locks, 2 10-ft wide by 10-ft tall insulated overhead coiling metal doors with chain operators and locking devices; walls and ceiling shall be insulated; the construction of the building may be made of stick frame, steel kit, or concrete masonry unit (CMU) block, exterior finish and a metal roof with soffit, facia and gutter system. 1.2 The 6-inch concrete slab must meet a minimum compressive strength of 4,000 psi at 28 days with #5 rebar on 12-inchcenters, each way over a 10-mil vapor barrier. The exterior perimeter of the concrete slab shall have thickened edges a minimum of 18-inches deep. 1.3 The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision. The Contractor is responsible for securing and paying for all governmental permits and licenses. 1.5 The Request for Proposal, all Addenda, and the Contractor's Proposal are hereby incorporated by reference. 1.6 Any reference herein to the "Work" or "Project" includes the described work identified in this section. 1.7 Building shall be designed and constructed to meet the current Utah adopted IBC requirements.
