Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Conversion of existing city garage bay into office and multipurpose space. PROJECT OVERVIEW: Remodel of an existing fire station garage bays and basement into office, bathrooms, and multipurpose space including new framing, exterior siding, exterior windows, doors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and full interior finishes based on plans by Range Architecture. Some specifications will need to be updated by contractor to reflect staff specifications on bid sheet, prebid meeting notes, or city provided addendums. Once HVAC is completed and functioning, city staff will have a different contractor install maple flooring and sports related equipment for the multipurpose room Questions deadline Wednesday, July 8, 2026 - 2 PM. Use U3P to submit questions and responses everyone can review. Scope includes basement bathroom and custodial closet and renovating existing basement bathroom to match other bathrooms. Other parts of the basement not included. Need to match materials on main part of building except drop ceiling square tiles for ceiling in garage bay over offices, not drywall. Wood framing not metal framing required. Storefront windows on west side and Structural glass on east side. With metal exterior double doors in middle bay of each side. All window metal will be dark bronze and solid exterior doors will be a Sherwin Williams black fox satin finish
