Renovation of an educational facility in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility.

The Interdisciplinary Research Center building (CA) is a 4 story + basement building that houses wet lab-based research. This building is key in both AU and USG's strategic growth plan. Augusta University is designated by the Board of Regents as Georgia's Health Sciences hub and is home to Georgia's only public academic medical center, the Medical College of Georgia, and the Dental College of Georgia. The CA Building is one of AU's primary researchbased facilities and is located in the heart of AU's research core. AU has initiated a building wide HVAC assessment to set a road map for infrastructure improvements. Currently the building is experiencing wide temperature and humidity wings, which are negatively impacting the environmental stability needed for research.
