Sealed bids are invited for Bid Item #26-128 Jones Alley Improvements Project for Augusta, GA – Augusta Engineering and Environmental Services Department. Bidders must obtain plans and specifications from Augusta Blueprint with a non-refundable fee. Addenda will be posted on the plan room's websites. All businesses are encouraged to view plans online at no charge through Augusta Blueprint. Submitting a package without procuring a complete set of documents may result in overlooking critical requirements. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held, and an optional site visit will follow. Bids must be received by mail or hand delivery during specified office hours. Requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via email by the specified deadline. No bids may be withdrawn for ninety days after opening. A 5% bid bond, 100% performance bond, and 100% payment bond are required. An invitation for bids will include specifications and all applicable contractual terms and conditions.
