Brecksville Road Streetscape Improvements for the City of Independence, according to specifications on file. All bidders are required to comply with Chapter 158 of the City Codified Ordinances. Failure to comply with any provision therein may be grounds for disqualification. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same and shall be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid bond or a certified check in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the net bid submitted, payable to the City of Independence, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract pursuant thereto will be entered into.
