As of May 13, 2026 project was awarded to Catts Construction Inc, awarded amount is $3,471,553.40 Sealed bids are requested for the BRECKSVILLE ROAD PHASE 1 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT. Bidders must comply with Chapter 158 of the City's Codified Ordinances, and failure to do so may result in disqualification. A $150.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of specifications is required. Each bid must include the full name of every person or company interested and be accompanied by a 100% bid bond or a certified check equal to 10% of the net bid submitted as a guarantee of contract entry if accepted. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The proposal is for work and service to be performed for six (6) months [or three hundred sixty-five (186) calendar days] From the issuance of the notice to proceed.
