Site work for a water / sewer project in Mason, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes sanitary sewer improvements in the Town of Mason in Effingham County. Bidders must submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the Town of Mason, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid with each bid. The Town of Mason reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. LOCATION OF PROJECT The proposed work for this project is described in the attached location maps within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Mason. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The proposed work is officially known as Sanitary Sewer Improvements, for the Town of Mason, Illinois. The project shall consist of cleaning, CCTV, inspection, and Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pipe in the areas designated on the attached location maps and other miscellaneous work. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Question Deadline 12/15/2025
