Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a 500,000-gallon capacity elevated reservoir, including all appurtenances, site work, and installation of connecting water main. Instructions to bidders: - Bids will only be accepted through Questcdn.com via the online electronic bid service (Questvbid). - A certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable to the owner, must be submitted as a guarantee. If the bid is accepted, the bidder must file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award. If the bidder fails to do so, the check or bond will be forfeited to the owner as liquidated damages. - Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening. - The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. - All bidding documents and official notifications will be available only through Questcdn. Neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from other sources. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
