This event is to secure a firm, delivered price for QUICK SET 45 CONCRETE. The item is specified as 11237 QUICK SET 45 CONCRETE MORTAR IN 50 POUND BAG, MASTEREMACO T 545, with a quantity of 300 bags requested. No price breaks, alternate responses, or add-on charges are allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically by the specified close time. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids, reject any or all bids, and award in whole or in part in the best interest of the City. All quoted prices shall exclude sales taxes, which may be added to invoices. Bidders represent and warrant compliance with the City’s Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and other applicable local, state, and federal laws. Delivered goods or services must comply with all laws and requirements, and invoices must include the purchase order number. Insurance, safety, and licensing requirements apply; the City must be named as an additional insured on the contractor’s general liability insurance. The City of Greensboro promotes equal opportunity through the M/WBE and HUB certification programs, and encourages participation from minority and women-owned businesses. All bids are to be submitted via the City’s electronic procurement system.
