Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and necessary incidentals for regularly scheduled maintenance, cleaning, testing and repair of HVAC and chiller units at SNOLAB's surface and underground facility. There are 8 roof top units, 7 clean room air handler units, 6 unit heaters and several exhaust fans at the surface facility and 6 chillers tandem chillers at the underground facility (see appendix H for equipment list). SNOLAB does supply belts and filters for surface facilities spring and fall maintenance intervals. SNOLAB does stock critical spart parts for the Tandem W090SSY chillers and will work with the successful supplier on which party should order what parts to maintain a high-level readiness with these chillers and other critical HVAC infrastructure. Deadline for Questions Thursday, January 8, 2026 by 4:00 PM ET Term - for an initial period to March 31, 2029, with the option to extend for a period of a further 2 years.
