The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors (respondent) for the provision of custodial services (work) at various locations (sites) throughout the Town of Georgina, as further described herein. Question Deadline: Mon Jan 12, 2026 2:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 60 MANDATORY SITE MEETING will commence at the main entrance of the Stephen Leacock Theatre promptly at 9:30 a.m. 1. Given the amount of time that will be required to visit all sites, the site meeting will be split up over three (3) days; 2. The mandatory site visit will commence at the first (1st) site location on the first day of the site meeting and end at the twenty-eighth (28th) site location on the second day of the site meeting; 2. The sites will be visited in a continuous fashion, and in the order shown below; and 3. The site meeting will continue on the second day, commencing at the next site in the listed order shown below; and 3. To be eligible to provide a bid submission for this project, respondent MUST attend all twenty-eight (28) sites for the entire duration of the site visit. 4. It is the responsibility of each respondent to know the location of each site and failure to make their way from site to site will be no excuse for failing to attend the site meeting at any of the twenty-eight (28) sites.
