The Corporation of the Town of Georgina is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors to provide demolition services for two Town-owned structures located on two separate properties. The structures to be demolished are Jericho House at 807 Lake Drive East, Jackson's Point, Ontario, and Virginia Community Hall at 28288 Highway 48, Georgina, Ontario. Submissions must be made online. Additional conditions for participation and negotiation type are to be referred to in the bid document. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Sitewalkthrough notes: In order to be eligible to submit a bid, plan takers must attend and sign in both sites and remain in attendance for the entire duration of the site meeting until such time that the meeting is adjourned by the Town's Procurement Representative.
