As of January 15, 2026, project was awarded to Southern Constructors Inc but awarded amount is not available. Dollywood Lane (SR-449) Improvements Phase 1, from Parkway (US-321) to S. River Road The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: roadway grading, drainage, placement of base stone, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement marking, and traffic signal modification. Bidders must submit sealed bids using printed forms provided in the Bid Documents along with a completed printed copy of the Bid Documents, and either accompany it with a Bid Bond properly executed on the form provided or a certified check or cashier's check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The bid envelope must be sealed, with the special Bid Envelope Cover attached and the required information affixed. The governing body reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed necessary in the best interest of the citizens.
