Procure, install, integrate and configure new network equipment, wireless network equipment, firewall equipment and all associated structured cabling at Warren Woods Public Schools facilities. The work is subject to E-Rate requirements including the inclusion of the vendor’s Universal Service Fund (USF) Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) in the bid, eligibility for Year 2026 USF funding, conditional contract upon Universal Service Funding, and Owner's right to adjust scope to meet budget if the USF discount is reduced. A single lump sum bid proposal is required for each section of the work described. Bid instructions: Each bid proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing familial relationships with school board members or the superintendent, the Asbestos Notification Form, the Iran Sanctions Affidavit, and the Affidavit for Criminal Background Checks. A certified check, cashier’s check, or satisfactory surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price must be submitted as guaranty. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the contract to other than the low bidder. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for ninety days after the due date.
