Successful Bidder will be required to submit Performance Bond, and separate Labor and Material Payment Bond in amount of 100 percent (100%) of Contract Sum, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner. Notice to Proceed will be given on or about February 10, 2026. C. Owner requires Work to be Substantially Complete and reoccupied by August 10, 2026.
