Reference Number 0000408909 Project scope includes complete removal, off-site disposal, and replacement of the existing spiral staircase, entry/exit platforms and guardrail located in a confine space. Work also includes performing localized structural reinforced concrete repairs, welding, painting. Prefabrication to include galvanizing, epoxy zinc primer and finish coating. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The City also reserves the right to select multiple bids to fulfill the requirements of this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days.
