Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check , Certified Check , or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay , Ohio , in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent ( 100%) of the bid . A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract . The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered ; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received .
