Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required for each proposal. Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal and to waive irregularities in the proposals.
