Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Melissa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The base bid consists of a pumphouse, two (2) 2.0 MG ground water storage tanks, a valve vault, private access roadway, meter vault, and utility appurtenances. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
