Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Avon Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals are requested for design-build services for the MLK Jr. Sports Complex. Proposal documents must be obtained from the City's website or the Purchasing Agent, and these documents are required for submittal. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held prior to submittal. It is the responsibility of proposers to check the City's website or contact the Purchasing Agent for any addenda, to obtain and acknowledge all such addenda with their submission. All questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing by the specified deadline to allow time for response. Failure to acknowledge addenda affecting the proposal price may result in rejection of the proposal. Question Deadline 12/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
