Deadline for questions submission 11/25/2025, 2:00PM Wimberley ISD has engaged Bartlett Cocke General Contractors as the Construction Manager at Risk on Wimberley High School - Package 01. Scopes of the project include the new band practice field with associated drive, sidewalks, storm water utilities, landscaping and an early mechanical package. Bartlett Cocke has been selected to be the CM @ Risk contractor for Wimberly ISD's (Danforth) Junior High School and (Wimberly) High School campuses' renovations and additions. Plan sheets have been 'Red Lined' to limit scopes to the specified areas that are to be a part of Bid Package 01. Only bid on scopes outside of the red hashed areas. Scopes included in this first package: -Early Mechanical Package -Band Practice Field (Asphalt Paving) -Drive to Band Practice Field -Sidewalks Supporting Band Practice Field (Limited by 'Red Line') -Storm Utilities and Pond B (Limited by 'Red Line') -Landscaping adjacent to above items
