Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dresden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Contract 1 is the Dresden Fire Station/ Village Hall generator project. It is to be a 60 kw natural gas generator, transfer switch, and associated electrical work to tie into the existing Fire Station/ Village Hall. Contract 2 Is the HMGP Water Tank generator. It is the installation of a 25 kw natural gas generator, transfer switch, and associated electrical work to tie into the existing water tank control building. The Owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, not does this represent that the Owner will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
