Reference Number 0000307343 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period from notification of award until March 31, 2026 with a maximum estimated value of $450,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and increased by up to a $900,000.00 at any time during the service period, for a total potential value of $1,350,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $40,000.00 and $80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $80,000.00.
